Our volunteers make our mission possible. If you are passionate about mental health and social justice, contribute to our mission as a volunteer!
Love social media? Good with Instagram? Volunteer to contribute to our social media outreach! Help us share our mission.
Do you have a story to share? Or tips for someone else struggling? Contact us about writing a post for our blog!
We need your help to spread our mission across the country!
Our ambassadors share our promotional materials with their local communities. It's easy and essential!
"Hospitality means primarily the creation of free space where the stranger can enter and become a friend ... Hospitality is not to change people, but to offer them space where change can take place. It is not to bring men and women over to our side, but to offer freedom not disturbed by dividing lines.”
(Henri Nouwen)
Do I have to disclose my own mental illness in order to volunteer?
No, you can share as much or as little as you are comfortable with.
Do I have to be Catholic?
No, our volunteers and contributors come from a variety of religious backgrounds. Depending on the role you are volunteering in, it may be necessary that you have familiarity with Catholic tradition and spirituality.
I don't have a lot of time. Do I have to contribute on a regular basis?
No, not at all. We welcome both regular and one-time contributions!
Will I receive any instruction or training?
Yes! If you are volunteering as a social media volunteer or ambassador, you will receive instructions and guidance before you contribute. If you are contributing to our blog, your post will be edited before it is published.
