We are always looking for people to join our mission! You can get involved with Catholic Mental Health by:
1. Joining Our Team
If you are interested in joining the team as a volunteer, please read our "About Us" document below for an overview. Below that, you will find documents detailing the available positions on our team.
If you would like to ask any further questions or express interest in joining our mission, please use our contact page.
We do not require a minimum amount of time from any of our volunteers, so please do not let time constraints hinder you from contacting us.
2. Making A Donation
Without the support of our donors, we are not able to do what we do. We rely on your donations in order to make mental health treatment a reality for people who need it.
You can contact us using our Contact page or you can make a donation using the PayPal button below.
3. Sharing Your Story
Stories bind us together; they build solidarity and compassion, essential elements to living a Catholic Christian life. Sharing your story builds hope in our world and in our Church for people living with mental health struggles. For more information, see below.
4. Donating Items
Have a book you probably won't read again? Or a prayer card you don't need?
Or you have maybe something that has helped you with your mental health that you would like to pass along?
We plan to raise awareness for mental health by hosting giveaways on Instagram. Items you could donate for a giveaway include:
If you would like to donate an item to raise mental health awareness, please contact us through our contact page or through our Instagram or Facebook pages with a picture of the item(s)!
If you have any further questions, please get in touch through our contact page.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve conditions. Your generous donation will fund our mission.
God often sends us help through each other, through the Body of Christ. If you have a story about your mental health that you feel called to share, reach out! We would love to hear from you.
You don't have to have a mental disorder to have mental health. Whether your story is about self-care, therapy, living with a diagnosis, or something else-- we want to hear it!
What do you have to say? What has God given you to share?
You can get in touch through our Contact page.
